Lawrence joined the Dole Institute in 2005 and is responsible for the Dole Institute’s extensive audiovisual technical demands, including video recording all events. He is also responsible for managing all aspects of the Dole Institute facility operations and maintenance activities, including event scheduling, set-up and coordination. Lawrence believes he has the “perfect job”—combining his interests in politics and community involvement with his audiovisual and video technical background. Originally from California, Lawrence came to Kansas via McConnell AFB Air Force. He is a self-described political junkie and a former community activist with a love of sports and video games. Lawrence has 3 grown children and 7 grandchildren in Wichita, Kan.
